Can you hand ACM existing drawings instead of starting the design from scratch?

You can. If your in-house technical team has already produced drawings or concept sketches, our engineers use them as the starting point. They check that the design can be manufactured, complete or adapt it where needed, and handle the working drawings and technical documentation.

Is CE certification included in the engineering service?

It can be, depending on what your project requires. Our engineers hold the IWE (International Welding Engineer) qualification and are well versed in the standards that apply to industrial machine building, notably EN 1090-2 EXC3 and ISO 3834-2. On request, we also prepare the technical compliance file, the assembly drawings and the instruction manuals.

Our engineers and technical draughtsmen work in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor. Starting from your specification, they run a feasibility study first, then develop the 2D and 3D design through to the production, assembly and installation drawings, which go straight to our workshops. This covers equipment of any size, including welded structures of up to 32 tonnes. We provide CE-compliant documentation and certification whenever your project requires them. Because the engineering department and production share the same premises, design and manufacturing stay in constant, direct contact.
