## Accredited know-how and standard-compliant manufacture

Technical skills matter! We therefore employ a **welding engineer** (IWE), a welding specialist (IWS) and certified welders In our company. These welding experts are supported by our [engineering team](/leistungen/engineering/) and technical draughtsmen.

Our company has extensive experience in the following welding techniques:

- Manual welding processes:
    - MIG/MAG welding
    - TIG welding
    - Hand laser welding
- Automated welding process:
    - COBOT welding system

In addition to special machine engineering, we specialise particularly in the manufacture of welded structural elements in accordance with EN 1090-2 EXC3 and in the **welding of pressure vessels** in accordance with pressure directive 2014/68/EU.

## Modern welding tables with guide rail system

ACM now uses **modular welding tables with guide rail systems** from premium manufacturer Siegmund to achieve even greater efficiency and precision in the production of welded structures. The robust tables with system drill holes offer a high-precision, freely configurable clamping surface that allows components to be precisely aligned, fixed and repositioned multiple times. This is a significant advantage, particularly when machining complex or large-format designs, for both single-piece and series production.

The flexibly **expandable guide rail system with connecting frame** allows the use of multiple table modules, which can be individually combined and moved. This makes it possible to extend and adapt clamping devices in a flexible manner, which not only improves quality, but also the cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing processes.

Our welders process the following materials:

- Stainless steel
- Heat- and acid-resistant stainless steel connections
- Wear-resistant steel
- Some non-ferrous metals, amongst others copper and aluminium
